Dave McCracken and DJM Productions ® are exceptionally proud to have produced this updated version of the classic play by Bill C. Davis, author of AVOW, featuring new text by Mr. Davis strictly for this production reaffirming the play's grasp on current social and political themes in an undisputed statement of its enduring appeal and importance today. The Mass Appeal theme embodies the collision of ideology and personalities between an older, entrenched priest and a young, scorching seminarian in their struggle to connect with themselves, with each other, and with the church amidst the landscape of their ecclesiastical environment and an underbelly of emotional scars. |
